I just really wanted to color this als123.deviantart.com/art/New-…. I'm still trying to make a backstory for him. You know, what made him a crazy psycho mad scientist... Not much sucess though But I did come up with one little tidbit. He's a rat, as you can see (I tried to keep the same ears, nose, and tail that Ratigan was drawn with to disguish between mouse and rat)... but unlike Ratigan, Maxwell embraces the fact that he's a rat. Like he tells Basil, "We're faster, stronger..." (tilts Basil's head up with a claw) "...and smarter..."

Sheesh, talk about creepy

But I'm still excited about him

Aaaand I decided to make him blonde. Thought it was more "shocking"
